Use quality, efficiency, demand matching and value contribution to see R&D output clearly
Transform code submissions, demand information and engineer work records into interpretable quality assessments, efficiency assessments, industry benchmark comparisons, individual work classifications, value contribution points and team dashboards to help managers conduct more prudent R&D value analysis.
- 01Prepare data for analysisUpload the code submission, demand goals and engineer list, and confirm the statistical window and benchmark caliber.
- 02Submit for reviewGenerate quality, efficiency, and baseline difference records for each code commit.
- 03Personal work classificationAggregate work type and contribution structure by engineer and generate reviewable notes.
- 04Value and needs mappingAssociate output products with needs and business goals, and calculate value contribution and demand matching cards.
- 05manual reviewManagers and relevant engineers approve or appeal high-risk individual scores, value scores, and dashboard conclusions.
- 06Export reportExport team value density reports and audit appendices.
R&D Value Density Report
Results, sources, failures, approvals, and rollbacks are saved by project.
No business results yet
The code submission data has not been uploaded and the submission review results cannot be generated.
Data use boundary
Uploaded commit records, requirements documents, and engineer lists may contain source code snippets, internal requirements, employee identifiers, project codenames, and business goals. The system is only used for the research and development value analysis of this project; the author_id and output ID will be quoted as much as possible in the report, and personally identifiable information will be limited to the visibility of authorized members of the project. Current 10 role review supplements: Minimized templates and sensitive information pre-checking are provided before uploading. It is recommended to use pseudo-identifiers such as author_id, artifact_id, and requirement_id. ; It is prohibited to upload the full text of source code, keys, access tokens, private keys, salary, personnel discipline, health/family and other personal information that is not related to R&D value analysis. ;Definition RBAC: The visibility scope and operation permissions of project administrators, R&D leaders, engineers, and audit read-only users must be minimized by default. ; Exporting personal ratings requires additional authorization, and includes sensitivity marks, approval status, generation time, prohibited uses, and reminders for user management after export in the report. ; Deletion only prevents the site from displaying relevant files and records; rollback only affects the version status within the site and does not affect exported files or any external systems.
Data retention
Project files and build records are retained for 90 days by default; administrators can delete them earlier. After deletion, this site will no longer display relevant reports, scorecards and dashboard snapshots, but the exported local files must be managed by the user themselves.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product generates an auxiliary report for R&D work data analysis and management, which may affect personal evaluation and therefore cannot be used as the sole basis for performance, promotion, salary, layoff or disciplinary action. All personal ratings, value contribution points and demand matching conclusions must be used in conjunction with manual review, business context and party appeal materials.
Rollback only refers to undoing the report version, scorecard status, dashboard snapshot and workflow approval status in this site, and restoring to the last saved version; this product is not connected to external production systems, code warehouses, personnel systems or payroll systems, so it will not and cannot roll back any external system changes.
